a. The Owner Referral program applies to current owners who refer a new customer that subsequently makes an eligible
new purchase between November 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012.
2. Why am I being asked to enter my current model FIN information?
a. For validation purposes, owners are required to enter and confirm their warranty and contact information. This also
generates the redemption form which is to be printed out and given to your referral.
3. I made a referral but he/she didn't purchase. Do I still get the referral bonus?
a. No, the referral bonus is only disbursed after the referral has made a subsequent purchase with Fleetwood RV or
American Coach and has redeemed the redemption form.
4. When can I expect to receive my referral cash bonus check in the mail?
a. Checks will be reimbursed within 3-6 weeks upon receipt of the completed redemption form and required paperwork
from the dealer.

a. You must be referred by a current owner of a Fleetwood RV or American Coach motor home. The current owner will
obtain the redemption form, complete the Owner Information section and give it to you to complete and submit at the
point of purchase.
2. What qualifies as a purchase?
a. Both the owner bonus and the new customer savings discount apply to the purchase of a new eligible 2012 or older
model year Fleetwood RV or American Coach motor home currently in dealer stock.
3. Is the savings discount applied at the time of purchase?
a. Yes, new referrals who make a qualifying purchase between November 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012 will receive the
following savings discount at point of purchase:
