Good afternoon Mark, hope all is well.

I just wanted to take a moment and brag on the service I received from your Pepperchase location yesterday.  I brought my fifth wheel in for service and as soon as I stepped out of my truck, Mark Coyne asked if he could help me.  I explained my problem to him and he grabbed his tool bag and immediately began troubleshooting to determine what the issue was.  It was not long before he had determined that the transfer switch between my generator and camper had gone bad and he had a tech replace it for me.  Throughout the process, Mark was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable.  All attributes that exemplify extraordinary customer service!  In the past year, I have had two occasions when I had to have some service work done and your service team has done a fantastic job each time.

Thank you for running such a wonderful dealership and for hiring people like Mark who do such a fine job.  I've already begun telling my friends what a great experience I had with your service department yesterday!!
