Who is interested to spend an average of $35 per night almost for the sake of some hookups?  None is interested in paying this huge amount so, they go for any place where parking will be free and that place will be safer as well.

1: Wallmart free car parking:

This one is one of the best and safest places to park your RV although some of its branches are now even allowing you to park your RVs now so you need to contact them first to confirm whether they are allowing you to park or not? The ones who are allowed are only permitted to park, eat, and then go to sleep and not camping.

2: Free RV parking at rest:

While traveling there are a few certain highways that have reserved someplace for the traveler to park their cars but some of them won’t allow you to sleep so you need to search for them as well are they allowing or not? As some allow overnight parking and some do not as mentioned earlier. Some of them allow overnight parking and sleep for some hours without harm.

3: Truck Stops:

Truck stops are larger of course than the RV’S so many of them allow free RV parking overnight because they expect that you are there for getting the gas-filled. According to some people they don’t find it correct to park their RVs inside those large truck stops but some find it’s fine. However, some famous truck strops have already reserved someplace for RV parking as well.

4: Gas station free RV parking:

Not all the gas stations will allow you to park over there according to their policies as mentioned earlier in the article as well. Before parking, at their stations, you need to ask them first but chances of success are more in rural areas rather than the town's busy stations.

5: Free RV parking at hotels:

If you are traveling near a hotel then you can either ask them to park overnight or just arrive late at night and leave early in the morning. Plenty of people does this because they don’t need a parking permit.

6:City parks:

Few towns even offer you to park your RV overnight in city parks but remember that it can be extremely dangerous for you because city parks are a spot for all the criminals like drug dealers, the homeless, etc. Although some of the parking lots are not even much bigger to accommodate your RV.

7: Free RV parking near side streets:

Few cities like Salt Lake City permit overnight RV parking on some particular street for a long day. However, some rules have to be applied over there like on SLC, you are permitted for about 3 days to park an RV over the street. But you will not be allowed to stay inside it overnight but only in your RV.

8: Vacant lots:

This place can be dangerous as well as there are a lot of criminals who might be roaming. So, you need to be attentive to be protected from these kinds of incidents like being aware that anyone could come and knock at midnight it can be the police, the owner, etc. So, always be ready to go from there on very short notice. But, to be secure over there always turn off lights and leave from there early in the morning.

9:RV dealership:

Some of the camping worlds, among others, may allow you sometimes to allow RV parking overnight. Just call them and ask if they are allowing free RV parking at the place where you are traveling then you can easily stay over there at night.

10: Casinos:

Casinos love RVers and they even have a very large parking lot or space inside it available even if your RV is larger then still you can park it overnight. Many of them are even allowed to stay for plenty of nights as well. Although you have to register yourself first and their procedure is a bit longer but still it’s a chance if casinos are along your route.

11: As any business to overnight park:

If it’s a parking lot then it must not be empty over there so you may also find some business so you can ask or request them to park overnight. It depends on them whether they want to allow you or not. So, it’s a chance that you should take to spend a night at a safer or secure place.

12: Free RV parking anywhere the heck:

If you couldn’t find a particular place to park your RV then the easiest way is to find anywhere by yourself like if you even find any space where parking is possible even if it’s a road then you should park it over there.

If you want more detailed guidance then you can visit Southaven RV and Marine as they are probably one of the best RV dealers, airstream dealers, camper van dealers, etc that are situated in different cities or states like Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, etc.
